Shipping Charges

International shipping fees are determined by your delivery location and order size and are automatically calculated at checkout.

Any applicable customs duties, import duties, VAT, or local taxes are separate from the shipping charges and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Processing & Delivery

We typically dispatch international orders within 2–4 working days.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes approximately 10–15 days, depending on the destination and local delivery conditions.

While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

If your order has not been dispatched within the estimated processing period, please contact us and our team will be happy to assist you.

International Orders — No Returns or Exchanges

International orders are not eligible for exchange or return.

Partial Shipments

We dispatch international orders only when all items included in the order are ready.

We do not send partial shipments for international orders.
