At The House of Khwabkari, we currently ship our handcrafted pieces across India and internationally. Each order is carefully processed and dispatched from our network of master artisans and fulfilment locations across India.

Domestic Orders

Orders within India are generally processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email so that you can monitor your shipment.

International Orders

International orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days and typically delivered within 10–15 business days, depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and local customs procedures.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via email.

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, local charges, or other applicable fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

International Exchanges

For international orders, only exchanges are accepted.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for orders placed internationally, except where required by applicable law.

Shipping Charges

Domestic Shipping

Product prices are inclusive of shipping charges for deliveries within India, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on factors including the weight and destination of the order.

Shipping and handling rates may vary depending on the product, its size, volume, weight, and delivery destination.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or destination-country charges are separate from the shipping charges and are payable by the customer.

Shipping of Products

Orders are processed and dispatched from different locations of our master craftsmen and fulfilment partners across India, depending on the product and availability.

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including:

  • Full name

  • House/building number

  • Street/locality

  • City

  • State

  • Postal/ZIP code

  • Valid mobile number

Providing accurate contact and delivery information helps us and our delivery partners process and deliver your order efficiently.

Non-Availability at the Time of Delivery

Our delivery partners may attempt delivery up to three times if the recipient is unavailable.

If the package cannot be delivered after the applicable delivery attempts, it may be returned to us.

Customers are therefore requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address and a valid mobile number at the time of placing the order.

Any additional shipping or re-delivery requirements resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional charges.

For orders shipped within India, we accept major payment methods, including:
