Exchange & Refund Policy

At The House of Khwabkari, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted by our artisans. Slight variations in embroidery, texture, color, and finish are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship and add to the individuality of each piece.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges in the following cases:

• Size-related issues

• Product defects

To request an exchange:

• The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at contactus@thehouseofkhwabkari.com.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all original tags and accessories intact.

• Once your exchange is approved, the replacement product will be shipped within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the original item.

No Returns

We currently do not offer returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Dislike of color

• Minor variations in embroidery, print, texture, or finish

As our pieces are handcrafted, such variations are inherent to the artisanal process and are not considered defects.

Refunds — Specific Cases Only

Refunds are processed only in the following circumstances:

• You have been charged twice for the same order.

• Your order has been cancelled by us due to product unavailability or operational issues.

In eligible cases, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
