Chaand, meaning moon, has a cool, luminous beauty — and in rose-brown chanderi with intricate cutwork (jaali) embroidery, it takes on the warmth of a harvest moon. Cutwork chikankari involves carefully lifting and tying threads of the fabric to create delicate lattice-like openings — a technique as painstaking as it is beautiful, lending the set an airy, almost lace-like quality.
Like moonlight on warm earth, Chaand in rose brown is understated, exquisite, and unforgettable.
Mulmul, chanderi, organza or georgette ground with hand chikankari embroidery. Cold hand wash separately, dry in shade — never wring the embroidered panels.
Each panel is worked by hand in Lucknow and carries slight variation — that is the hand, not a fault. We name the artisan on every garment label.
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
